In continuation of our Thanksgiving Activity Sheet series, today’s post presents Thanksgiving Word Scramble pages. Like the previous freebies, this freebie is ink friendly and only uses simple, black and white illustrations. The free printable PDF contains three Thanksgiving games of “unscramble that word” in varying levels of difficulty; easy, medium, and hard. They’re fun and will keep your youngest guests occupied while you get dinner on the table.

About the Activity Sheets

All three of the word scramble sheets focus on food, family, and gratitude. The simplest worksheet uses easy to spell words and gives hints with small images. It is perfect for early learners, starting at about 1st grade. Secondly, the middle level features a little bit more difficult words and does not have any clues. Finally, the hardest level sheet features 20 jumbles with more difficulty. You can give it to the kids and let them finish in their own time, or you can turn it into a game or make it more of a challenge by timing them. Prizes can be awarded for the person with the most correct answers in the allotted time.
